Just Plug Rental – Return Policy

Return Deadline: The PS5 console must be returned on or before the agreed rental end date. Late returns may incur additional charges.​

Condition: The console and all accessories must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged as per our damage policy.​

Security Deposit: The security deposit will be refunded within 3 working days after the product is returned and inspected. Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.​

Early Return: If the product is returned before the end of the rental period, the rental amount paid is non-refundable.​

Extension: Rental extensions are possible based on availability and must be requested in advance.​

Return Process: Customers will be contacted for pickup or instructed on drop-off. A checklist will be provided at delivery to record the condition of the console.​

Damage Policy: If the console is damaged, the customer is liable for repair or replacement costs as assessed by Just Plug Rental.
