Just Plug Rental – Return Policy
Return Deadline: The PS5 console must be returned on or before the agreed rental end date. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Condition: The console and all accessories must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged as per our damage policy.
Security Deposit: The security deposit will be refunded within 3 working days after the product is returned and inspected. Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Early Return: If the product is returned before the end of the rental period, the rental amount paid is non-refundable.
Extension: Rental extensions are possible based on availability and must be requested in advance.
Return Process: Customers will be contacted for pickup or instructed on drop-off. A checklist will be provided at delivery to record the condition of the console.
Damage Policy: If the console is damaged, the customer is liable for repair or replacement costs as assessed by Just Plug Rental.
